1 Admitted to the bar | Christian Rohner is a renowned trademark specialist; he offers comprehensive trademark consulting, portfolio management, and litigation. He has successfully litigated many trademark, trade name, domain name and unfair competition cases. He studied law at the Universities of Fribourg (bilingual German/French) and Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). Christian Rohner was admitted to the bar in 1998 and has since deepened his knowledge at the intellectual property department of the University of Zurich where he also wrote his doctoral thesis on "well-known trademarks". Further he obtained a Masters Degree (LL.M.) at the University of London at Queen Mary with focus in IP. In 2004 Christian Rohner founded his own law firm specialized in intellectual property (later KRSW). Since 2005 he is lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich for the Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Patents and Trademarks.
